Returns

At New Glory Fashions, we make sure our goods are of the utmost quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt and upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund excluding the delivery charge or exchange the item to a different colour or size of your choice within 10 days. Refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you.
Note that you are responsible for the goods whilst in your possession and during its return transit to us. We strongly advise you send the goods back via a guaranteed delivery service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, jewellery bought cannot be returned or exchanged.
